Refund Policy

The Free plan costs nothing, and the 14-day trial needs no payment method, so there is nothing to refund. We never start charging you after a trial unless you choose a paid plan.

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of:

• your first payment for a paid plan, whether monthly or yearly, and
• each renewal payment of a yearly plan.

You do not need to give a reason. Taxes paid on the refunded amount are refunded as well.

Monthly renewals are not refunded after the 14-day first-payment window, because you can cancel at any time and keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. To avoid being charged again, cancel before your renewal date. If you were charged after cancelling, or you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will refund you.

• Discontinued features. If we discontinue a paid feature, you receive a refund for the unused part of your prepaid period.
• Duplicate or incorrect charges. We refund them in full.
• Accounts closed for breach. We may refuse a refund if we closed your account for breaking the Terms, such as fraud, fake listings or abuse.
• The law. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under mandatory law.

Email hello@estateno.com from the address on your account, with the date of the payment, and tell us you would like a refund. You can also contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles returns, through paddle.net.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and are processed by Paddle. They are usually issued within a few days of approval, and it can take several more business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@estateno.com. Cancelling stops future renewals. Your website stays online on the Free plan, within its limits.

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank, because we can usually fix a problem faster and a dispute can delay your refund.
